Any employee who violates our privacy and/or security policies may be subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.

Return Policy

At Melt we stand behind the quality and taste of our products. If there's a problem with your order or you just simply don't like what you ordered, we will do whatever it takes to make it right for you.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped. If any product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in new, unused and uneaten condition for full refund. Melt will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery. If a returned package needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.

Shipping Methods
Local Shipping:
Most products ship via a local delivery service — usually the next business day — if placed by 3:00 pm. All local deliveries carry a flat-fee for the entire shipment. Please review the accompanying list of zip codes to see if you can take advantage of this special service.

UPS Shipping:
Some products ship with UPS rates and standard UPS delivery options. In addition to standard UPS rates, there is a minimal packaging fee. This fee varies from product to product and is based on the fragility of the product. When viewing a product, click on the "Shipping Info" button for the associated packaging fees and options.

Typos and Omissions
While we make an effort to ensure the accuracy of the information we provide, we are not responsible for availability, typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, product pricing errors or omissions. We have the right to cancel any orders placed for any product listed at an incorrect price or shown with incorrect information, whether due to typographical errors or otherwise and whether or not your order was accepted or your credit card charged. Upon any such cancellation, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, we will promptly issue a full credit to your account.
